ASOS Click and Collect Click and Collect

The fashion retailer has partnered with Collect+ to provide click-and-collect services throughout the U.K. When you buy merchandise from ASOS, you can specify “ASOS Collect” on the checkout page to have the order sent to the nearest Collect+ outlet. The entire delivery and pickup process is handled by the third-party company Collect+, a click-and-collect service provider that works with a large number of retailers in addition to offers all of their products for click-and-collect delivery, including their men’s and women’s ranges of clothing and boutique items. There is no extra fee to have your order sent to the Collect+ service outlet, and delivery usually takes two to five days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to notify you when your order is shipped, and you will receive another email telling you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Once your order arrives at the Collect+ location, it will be held there for 10 days before being shipped back to the ASOS warehouse. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can either wait 10 days for it to be sent back and a refund issued to your credit card or you can request a refund and send the item back in person.

If you pick up your order from Collect+ and change your mind about your purchase, just bring the merchandise back to the Collect+ service outlet to have it shipped back to the warehouse. The merchandise must be in the original, undamaged packaging with the Collect+ return labels attached to the front of the package. Each order receives Collect+ return labels in case the merchandise must be sent back.

The Collect+ service outlet gives you a return receipt with a postal tracking number, and you can track the package on its way back to the warehouse. When it’s received by the warehouse, your money is refunded to your credit or debit card immediately. Replacements for faulty merchandise cannot be sent through the Collect+ service; they must be shipped directly to your home address.

If you prefer to receive notifications on your mobile phone, simply provide your phone number on the checkout page and indicate that you would prefer to receive notifications by text message. You must bring a copy of your confirmation email with you to pick up your order. To present your proof of purchase, either print out the confirmation email or display it on your mobile device to the Collect+ employee handling your order. Bring proof of your identification as well, such as a photo I.D., utility bill, passport or bank book. If another person is collecting your order, provide that person with written permission, bearing your signature, to pick up your order. offers standard and next-day delivery. Orders for next-day delivery are available for many postal codes, and they are billed an additional fee. Next-day delivery must be requested by 6 pm Monday through Friday or by 2 pm Sunday; otherwise, your order will take two working days to arrive. Collect+ locations are open seven days a week, and hours for each location vary. However, all locations open quite early and close very late.
